| i have a buddy that has a 91 tt that the passenger side head in the center exhaust port developed a crack hardly visible but you can see light through it about 1cm or less long and a hair wide it is in the center of the middle exhaust port about half way down (sorry no pic yet) it is right above a coolant passage which makes me nervous but at least its in the exhaust just white smoke for him lol now the question he needs to know if he should fix it via aluminum welder an epoxy or how he does not want to get a new head if at all possible because the heads he has now are already ported and polished and matched also they are machined to match each others thickness.
so what should he do? all answer appreciated thanks in advance
